Business Development Associate / Intern — Fintech Startup
We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Intern to help grow our AI-driven fintech platform. You will work directly with the founding team to identify partnerships, build outreach pipelines, speak with potential users, and support go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential partners, users, communities, KOLs, universities, trading groups, and fintech networks.
- Support partnerships for trading competitions, user acquisition campaigns, workshops, and community growth.
- Build and maintain BD pipelines, including prospect lists, outreach tracking, follow-ups, and partnership status.
- Conduct market research on fintech, trading, prop firms, AI trading tools, and competitor platforms.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, partnership proposals, outreach messages, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and research teams to turn user feedback into actionable growth ideas.
- Help manage relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and external collaborators.
Requirements
- Strong interest in fintech, trading, AI, startups, or financial markets.
- Good communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new people.
- Able to research, organize leads, and follow up systematically.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and willing to test different growth channels.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, marketing, or finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with trading, prop firms, crypto, or online investment communities is a strong advantage.
