Varsity Holdings – Content & Growth Intern (Fintech / AI / Quant)

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role across content, marketing, and growth.

Your job is to:

• Turn what we’re building into clear, compelling content
• Figure out how to get the right users to care
• Test what actually works — not what sounds good

If you like both creating and distributing, this role fits. If you only want to “do social media”, it won’t.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Creation

• Create short-form content (X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Write:
  • Threads
  • Posts
  • Scripts
• Turn:
  • Product features → simple explanations
  • Trading concepts → engaging content

2. Growth & Distribution

• Test distribution across:
  • Twitter / Reddit / Discord / Telegram / YouTube
• Run small experiments:
  • What content converts?
  • What brings in serious users vs noise?
• Help build:
  • Funnels
  • Referral loops
  • Community engagement

3. Product Storytelling

• Document:
  • What we’re building
  • Why it matters
  • How it works
• Work directly with founders to shape:
  • Messaging
  • Positioning
  • Narrative

Who This Is For

  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

• Already create content (threads, videos, posts)
• Have grown a page / community
• Understand basic trading or finance concepts
• Have experimented with growth (even small scale)

Not a Fit If:

• You want a “structured internship program”
• You only want to design posts or “manage socials”
• You avoid numbers, data, or experimentation
