Role Overview
We are looking for a technically inclined intern to help design and improve operational systems using data. The intern will first work within day-to-day operations to understand workflows, and then help build simple systems, tools, and data structures to improve efficiency and decision-making.
The role also includes field data collection and demand testing for a potential new consumer subscription business
Key Responsibilities
Operations Systems Development
Work within operational workflows to understand existing processes
Identify areas where systems or automation can improve efficiency
Design simple tracking tools, databases, or dashboards to structure operational data
Help document and standardise operational processes
Data Collection & Analysis
Structure operational data into usable datasets
Analyse patterns and generate insights to support decision-making
Build simple reports or dashboards
Field Testing & Market Validation
Conduct field testing to evaluate demand for a consumer subscription product
Collect structured feedback from potential users
Track results and organise findings into actionable insights
