As a content writer, you’ll be working with the Marketing Team closely to develop valuable content to educate our target audiences. Your work will have you writing blog posts for the company’s blog and owned channels, leveraging your creative writing and analytical skills to produce concise and engaging articles.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with team to develop financial services industry and investment-focused articles and content pieces
- Develop story ideas and angles based on industry trends across an array of financial and business topics
- Strong writing flair, with an ability to research unfamiliar financial topics using online and firm resources
- Support high-volume output to be used for marketing and educational purposes
- Analyse financial technology media to identify trending topics
Requirements and skills
- Able to research and compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas
- Able to communicate complicated topics in simple, non-academic, interesting terms
- Ensure clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency and accuracy in your creative pieces
- Produce quality work with a commitment to improvement while meeting a target timeline
- Candidates with academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, Journalism or related fields preferred
- Prior internship experience in a similar role would be a plus
