Upsight – Product Management Intern

Upsight is an ecosystem builder and intelligence company operating at the intersection of ecosystems, data, and market opportunities across Southeast Asia. We work with corporates, governments, investors, and startups to unlock new markets, build strategic partnerships, and translate ecosystem activity into actionable intelligence, digital tools, and venture opportunities.

Our flagship initiative, ChargedUp, is a growing electrification ecosystem connecting industry, technology, intelligence, and real-world deployment across Southeast Asia. Building on this ecosystem, we are developing ChargedUp Nexus, a digital platform connecting industry data, solutions, stakeholders, and tools to help organisations navigate and accelerate their electrification journey.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to support the development and rollout of ChargedUp Nexus.

Sitting at the intersection of users, systems, business, and technology, you will help understand complex user and industry needs, translate them into intuitive product experiences and workflows, and work closely with our engineering team to bring them to life.

This is a hands-on role spanning product management, systems thinking, UX, customer onboarding, testing, and product iteration.

Main Responsibilities

Product & UX

• Gather and translate user, business, and technical requirements into product features and workflows
• Map user journeys, processes, data flows, and system interactions
• Develop product requirements, wireframes, prototypes, and UX flows
• Work with engineering to take features from concept through development, testing, and release
• Support product research, testing, feedback collection, and continuous improvement
• Use AI-assisted development and prototyping tools to rapidly explore and iterate product ideas

Users & Ecosystem

• Support onboarding of customers and ecosystem partners onto ChargedUp Nexus
• Engage users to understand operational needs, pain points, and product opportunities
• Gather, structure, and analyse data and feedback to inform product development
• Research industry use cases, technologies, and market developments relevant to Nexus

Who Should Apply?

• Currently pursuing a university degree, ideally in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Management Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative/technical discipline; Business students with strong technical capabilities may also apply
• Strong systems thinking and ability to understand complex processes, dependencies, and user needs
• Strong interest in product management, UX, technology, and building digital products
• Comfortable working with data, technology, and technical concepts
• Familiarity with Figma or other product design/prototyping tools
• Experience with coding, AI-assisted development/"vibe coding", databases, APIs, or software development is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity

Structure & Commitment

• Minimum 4 months, with longer commitments preferred
• Full-time candidates will be prioritised
• Must be able to start in August 2026 and have work authorisation in Singapore
• Monthly internship stipend
