Job Description

Talent Acquisition (HR) Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in various HR projects and other HR related tasks. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the areas of creating a positive employee experience for new hires, talent acquisition, training & development, and people operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment initiatives to drive campus hiring
  • Be the main point of contact for activities pertaining to HR activities/wellness programmes
  • This will also include brainstorming, sourcing of vendors to drive the events
  • Support on data maintenance – Monthly updates on ‘Spotlight’ programme with data cleansing and backend maintenance
  • Support on internal ESG Data preparation if needed
  • Work with HR team and internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pool of high-performing interns
  • Preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc)
  • Update and maintain student database, ensure all roles are posted across un
  • Support HR Analytics and People Dashboard
  • Any other projects and HR Operational tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent
  • Prior internship experience in HR function will be a plus!
  • Passionate and curious to embark on a HR career in future
  • Effective in managing multiple projects / tasks at the same time
  • Strong learning ability and adaptive in fast paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
