- Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, organized, and hands-on Strategic Programs Intern to support marketing across three connected areas: event support, special projects, and content work. It is a varied role for someone who is comfortable moving between planning and production, enjoys variety, and wants broad exposure to how a high-growth technology company operates. You will help prepare and run events, support special projects that sit across teams, and produce content across digital channels, one-pagers, LinkedIn, and other marketing assets. A background or interest in marketing, communications, digital or immersive media, or design is an advantage, but attitude, ownership, and reliability matter most.
Event Support
• Support end-to-end planning and coordination for events, roadshows, and executive engagements, including timelines, checklists, logistics, and vendor or partner follow-ups.
• Help prepare event collateral and messaging, working from Univers brand guidelines and the master messaging framework.
• Support the build and testing of digital experience assets used at events, such as interactive showcases, screens, and demo content.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date trackers of tasks, owners, deadlines, and open items so nothing slips ahead of an event.
• Provide on-the-ground or remote support during the lead-up and event windows as needed.
Special Projects
• Support cross-functional projects across marketing, sales development, and design, from research and planning through to execution.
• Coordinate materials, approvals, and version control across internal teams and external partners.
• Help pull together briefs, decks, and supporting documents for stakeholder reviews.
• Assist with light research and analysis to inform decisions, and keep project trackers current and organized.
Content Work
• Support content production across digital channels, one-pagers, LinkedIn, the website, and editorial assets.
• Help draft, design, and schedule social posts and graphics, keeping everything on brand and accurate.
• Produce clean, professional one-pagers and marketing collateral using tools such as Canva.
• Support basic performance tracking and reporting using analytics tools such as Matomo and LinkedIn analytics.
• Help keep content, digital assets, folders, and trackers clean, organized, and reusable across the team.
What Success Looks Like
• Events are well organized, with tasks, owners, and deadlines tracked clearly and nothing missed ahead of time.
• Special projects move forward smoothly, with materials, approvals, and version control kept in order.
• Content, one-pagers, and social posts are produced accurately, on brand, and on time, ready to publish with minimal edits.
• A visible portfolio of real event, project, and content work is built over the internship.
What We Are Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, digital or immersive media, design, or a related field.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, comfortable managing checklists, trackers, and deadlines.
• An interest in technology, sustainability, and how brands are built and communicated.
• Comfort with digital and design tools such as Canva, and openness to learning new platforms quickly. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) or immersive media is a plus.
• Clear written communication and a willingness to ask questions, share ideas, and take ownership.
• Available full-time for the internship period.
