Responsible for site administrative works.
Set up filing system and keep all files and correspondences.
Handling incoming and outgoing documents.
Record Material In & Out in the inventory system or excel list.
Process project claim by preparing all necessary documents.
Perform tasks as and when required.
Requirement:
Minimum an O level / N Level / ITE / Diploma in any fields
Experience in construction industry will be advantageous
Able to work independently
Proficient in auto cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
