Traineeship Description:
This position reports to the Customer Service Director and interfaces with different department managers and CS Staff. igloohome is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement
Specific Responsibilities:
Trainee to be involved in:
1. Conceptualizing, creating and maintaining igloohome Academy materials
2. Sourcing for partners who can translate the materials into languages necessary
3. Research, identify gaps on what else is needed in the support portal
Competencies Trainee will learn:
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives, and processes
2. How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally Gain experience with Customer Experience processes and Training and Development materials management
Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role
- Polytechnic Diploma
- Can commit for 4 months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
•Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
