United Oil Company Pte Ltd, a joint-control venture with Singapore-listed United Global Limited and Madrid-listed oil major Repsol, manufactures a wide range of lubricants which are distributed throughout our extensive network spanning more than 40 countries across the globe.

An established, independent lubricant manufacturer with blending facilities in Singapore and Indonesia with a combined capacity of 140,000 metric tonnes, United Oil produces a wide range of high quality, well-engineered products under its in-house brand, “United Oil”, as well as a host of third-party brands.

Individual to be involved in Full Spectrum of Accounts and Reporting Schedule:

• Employee orientation and accounting working procedure and recordkeeping.
• Date Entry into SAP in detail and follow compliance.
• Reconcile invoices with 3 ways matching on Vendors' documents.
• Analyze and verify invoices and ensure Customer Listing update to date.
• Prepare Ageing and Statement of account for customers.
• Provide direct support to team members for each reporting, account closing, implementation, policies, and program

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Gain experience with accounting concepts, database management, and record-keeping with SAP system and filing 
• Exercise accounting knowledge 
• Manage documents for use, storage, and disposal
