We specialize in helping working adults discover and enroll in higher education, degree and master programs that accelerate their career growth. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Marketing and Sales Intern.

You will be creating engaging social media content, connecting with prospective students online, and helping working adults discover educational opportunities that can improve their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Conceptualize and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), and other social platforms.

• Lead Generation: Build brand awareness and generate quality leads through social media presence.

• Social Selling: Engage actively with prospective students through social media DMs and WhatsApp.

• Consultation & Closing: Provide clear course information, build genuine trust, and guide prospects through the enrollment process to achieve recruitment targets.

• Event Representation: Participate actively in physical education fairs, roadshows, and promotional events to engage walk-in crowds.

Requirements

• Confident, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with strangers.

• Sales-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated by performance-based rewards.

• English and Chinese Communications.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for events (Off-in-lieu will be provided).

• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for social media are highly welcome to apply!

What We Offer

• Basic Salary sgd 500 - 1000 + Highly Attractive, Uncapped Commission sgd 3k-6k per intake + Convertible Shares.
