Job Description

As an Intern in the Human Resources (“HR”) team of UniCredit Bank AG’s Singapore Branch, you will be working closely with the team to provide the full spectrum of Human Resources function for both local and expatriate population. This includes processes on Selection and Recruitment, employee life-cycle, Compensation & Benefits as well as HR vendor management.

Job responsibilities will typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in Payroll and Benefits administration such as statutory claims submissions
  • Prepare reports on the staff movement, Letter of Offer for new hires, Acceptance of Resignation letter for leavers and Background Checks on ex-employees.
  • Assist in the end to end process of the Bank’s internship program for the various departments.
  • Support the HR team in the recruitment process for e.g. posting of job advertisements, screening of CVs and arranging interviews.
  • Assist with HR projects such as reviewing and updating HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist in HR events (Onboarding, Internal Training) and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Highly motivated, result-oriented team player with a strong academic performance
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a can-do attitude, good self-initiative, agility and eagerness to work and learn in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good command of MS Excel; Pivot Tables, Vlookup etc
  • Prior knowledge/experience in HR would be an advantage

Internship Duration:

  • Minimum 6 months commitment. Preference for candidates who have a longer commitment period.
  • Open to candidates who can commit on a part time basis (at least 2 days a week).
