Unicorns (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is a Sales & Marketing company showcasing a brand new centre located within the northern part of Singapore. We are a new start up company looking to expand and welcome capable interns to join and grow with us.

JOB ROLES:

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and maintain office organization
• Providing administrative record keeping and data entry
• Entering data information into a computer system
• Perform other duties as required

Skills and attributes:-

• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Attentions to detail and Must possess excellent data entry skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Must work efficiently and effectively, both independently and a team.

NECESSARY SKILLS :

• The ideal candidate is a decisive, action oriented individual who takes ownership of open issues and who has the ability to interface successfully with key stockholders throughout the organization.
• Is able to handle multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously
• Is comfortable working under tight deadlines without risking quality and focus of task
• Is an effective communicator and has great organizational skills
• Is extremely detail oriented
• Is a team player who also works well independently.
