As a Tech Support Intern with Omnidesk, you would get to have hands on experience in:

• Assisting in Company’s internal day-to-day IT Administration matters and audit
• IT Administration matters required for roadshows
• Analysing Company’s website and reporting on a scheduled basis
• Assisting in website maintenance and involvement in ad-hoc website enhancement projects
• Assisting in Inventory system integration testing
• Doing simple data analytics and data entry
• Reviewing current IT processes for improvements

Role Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and array of computer hardware and/or software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
