TSH and its subsidiaries and associated company (together, the” Sloshed Group”) is in the business of (i) operating a multi-concept chain of pubs and bars, and (ii) the import and distribution of spirits, wines and liquors. Sloshed Group currently operates five outlets covering four concepts. Quaich Bar (2 outlets) and Copper with whisky as the main theme, and The Other Room and The Other Roof which are cocktail bars.

1. Bartender

Job Scope includes (but not limited to): 

• Responsibility to upkeep the cleanliness of bar and its operating equipment 
• Assisting in bar beverage inventory for requisition and usage
• Serving all guests in a friendly, efficient, accurate manner 
• Reporting of equipment, and people issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Assist floor operations as and when needed

Requirements: 

• To be at least 18 years of age
• Prior experience would be an added advantage
• To be able to start immediately / within short notice period would be preferred

2. Service Crew:

Job Scope includes (but not limited to): 

• Greeting and serving guests in polite and appropriate manner 
• Order taking and ensuring that orders are served timely 
• Be familiar with menu and/or alcohol list 
• Ensuring cleanliness of dining area at all times 
• Working closely with the team

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in F&B industry would be an added advantage 
• To be able to start immediately / within short notice period would be preferred
