Job Description
				Job Title: Operations & Customer Service Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational tasks including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
 - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
 - Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
 - Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and operations data.
 - Support with data analysis and reporting on customer service metrics.
 - Contribute to special projects to enhance overall customer experience.
 
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a polytechnic / degree program in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
 - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 - Customer-focused attitude with a desire to learn and grow in operations and customer service.
