CLINIC OPERATING HOURS
a. Monday-Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday: 09:00h to 17:30h
b. Wednesday: 11:00h to 19:30h
c. Friday, Sunday & Public Holidays - NIL
JOB DESCRIPTION
a. General duties to support Doctor’s work as a dermatologist; such duties may include assisting in minor procedures, chaperoning, clinic operations, compounding of topicals.
b. Attending to patients, including appointment taking, registration, dispensation, addressing simple questions and requests, and providing general service support.
c. Clinic Administration including stock management, records management, housekeeping, cashiering, simple administrative duties etc.
ATTRIBUTES
a. Good communication skills
b. Basic IT proficiency
c. Positive attitude for good patient service
d. Registered nurse background preferred
e. Interest in skin / skin conditions is a plus point
