Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The intern reports to the Account & Human Resource Manager and Country Head of the organization.
  • The intern is involved in most, if not all aspects of accounting and oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
  • The intern ensures that the organization's finance function is well organized as well as producing timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts, thus achieving compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepares full set of accounts by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Ensured timing monthly closing. Training will be provided.

2. Ensure timely submission of reports / tax filing as per Singapore statutory norms.

3. Process monthly claims by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

4. Monitor and manage company’s cash flow.

5. As our monthly account transactions are very low. You are required to handle human resources and admin matters.

6. Carry out other duties as may be entrusted by the Country Head

Training will be provided. However, you must possess a strong fundamental accounting knowledge.

Requirement:

1. A diploma / degree in accounting / business / finance

2. Soft Skills:

- Sound knowledge of Accounting- Good with Confidentiality and Time Management

- Data Entry Management, General Math Skills- Must be organized with documents

3. Able to work for at least 4 months to 6 months period.

4. Able to start work in Feb 2022 or by early of March.
