Job Description

Try & Review is looking for a Traffic & Acquisition intern to support its digital marketing and CRM strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn the fundamentals of a strong digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the entire user journey to drive traffic, engagement and maximize ROI across all channels (email, SMS, paid search, and social)
  • Plan and execute cross channel marketing campaigns (incl. email, SMS, paid search, and social). Optimize acquisition & engagement strategies on a daily basis
  • In the context of our on-going product test campaigns, collaborate with our Campaign Managers to schedule, execute and optimize acquisition campaigns to guarantee the achievement of our clients’ KPIs
  • Build and execute reporting and dashboards to provide real-time, ongoing insights to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Paid ads
    • Ideate, set-up and manage user acquisition campaigns on paid channels : FB, Google adwords and display, Tik Tok, Outbrain, Linkedin 
    • Drive campaigns from planning to execution to maximize conversions and meet key performance metrics
    • Constantly optimize traffic & acquisition activities to improve ROI & CPA
    • Allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
    • Test new channels and trends and monitor competition performance marketing activities
  • Email, SMS & Chatapps marketing
    • Drive the success of Try & Review CRM strategy across email, SMS & Chatapps and suggest opportunities and ideas for optimization and innovation
    • Build marketing automation efforts from start to finish, including copywriting, segmentation, personalization and AB testing
    • Be the point of contact and expert for all things related to our cross-channel CRM software

Skills:

  • Pursuing degree in Marketing, Technology, Computer Science or Business
  • High fluency in spoken and written English
  • A good knowledge and understanding of online/digital business
  • Possess excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data analytics to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Good planning skills, organized and process driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; mature and engaging personality
  • Highly result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Agile mindset: curiosity, adventurous and ready to work in a growing team
  • Very good command of Google tools (Gmail, Sheets and Slides)
  • Candidates with e-commerce or digital agency internship experience have an added advantage
  • Experience with task management tools is a plus (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Wrike…)
  • High fluency in spoken and written Tagalog, Cantonese, Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is not a requirement but added value.
