Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Service Excellence

• Take over sub-projects of the Service Excellence Initiative in South-East Asia
• Develop strategies to improve service quality
• Assist the head of service in the daily work
• Support the service team with data management and maintenance
• Prepare presentations

2. Sales and After Sales

• Support the sales responsible for TRUMPF Power Tools
• Organize and effectuate the repair process for power tools

3. Materials management and logistics

• Support the spare parts team for South-East Asia
• Analyze the current situation of logistic processes between Germany and South-East Asia
• Develop strategies to improve spare parts availability
