HR & Administration Intern
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting HR Executive in Singapore on all HR operational processes (acquisition, on/off-boarding, employment life-cycle, etc) , administrative procedures (communications/correspondences management, travel logistics management, records management, supplies inventory management, etc), and clerical tasks (electronic/physical recording, filing, organizing, etc)
- Support the Regional HR Manager as and when required
- Support the Managing Director as and when required
- Any other required tasks
Requirements:
- Be highly motivated and willing to learn
- Enrolled at a Singaporean University or Polytechnic
- Good communication skills, independently working, and a sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented, very keen with correctness and completeness of information
- Strong with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal skill, able to work with all level of personnel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Available to start full-time internship in early Jan 2021
