Finance Executive (Full-time)

As the Finance Executive, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and responsible for supporting us on the following tasks:-

• Supports the daily financial management functions which includes AP & AR, monthly reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting, GST submission.
• Updating bank statements and bank reconciliation into system
• Passing journal entries as required for depreciation, accruals, prepayments.
• Handling AR and AP processes, including the bookings of expenses and client invoicing.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial management reports.
• Assist in co-ordinating with auditors, tax agents and other authorities as and when required.
• Supports office admin functions including processing payroll, CPF submission and admin matters.
