• Social media accounts management and content creation

• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies

• Conduct social listening and curate existing content for optimal engagements and interactions

• Work with stakeholders and social media KOLs in rolling out campaigns

• Grow and identify new platforms for further brand exposure and outreach with target audiences

• Conduct customer research and provide key insights for content optimisation
