- Job Description
- Assist in preparing the SEC filings, including the Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K reports, Earning Release, and other miscellaneous fillings
- Assist in performing the consolidation process
- Review and analyze subsidiaries' submission
- Participation in other month-end close activities as required
- Ad-hoc project as assigned.
