We are expanding into aerospace and medical industries, and are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to drive the company Sales and Marketing efforts of both local and international customers. Min. 1-2 years of working experience as Sales, with Adobe Photoshop skills preferred. Field of study: Diploma / Degree in business development, marketing, entrepreneurship or related.

Job Description

This position reports to the Sales and Business Development Manager, and will be required to work closely with the team.   • Understand Company’s strengths, capabilities, and industry standards. Identify business opportunities
  • Meet Quarterly Sales target, achieve profitability
  • Manage Customer accounts/ portfolio
  • Generate leads via various distribution channels, including but not limited to cold calling, door-to-door selling, customers’ visits, internet, business directories, product brochures, direct e-mailers, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), associations, partners’ referrals, exhibitions and networking events etc.
  • Tracking and weekly reporting of inbound & outbound leads enquiries
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns (social media, digital, emails, etc.) to increase awareness of company’s products / services, demand generation
  • Meet clients and develop good working relationships with potential, new or existing customers and negotiate deals to contribute positively on business outcomes
  • Manage and update company websites and social media on customers enquiries & feedback
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities, promotions and advertisements resourcefully
  • Keep updated and monitor market trends, stay relevant, generate new ideas and gain competitive advantage
