Accounts Executive - 4 Months Contract (Part-time)
We are hiring for an Accounts Executive - 4 months contract for maternity cover. This position will support our AP Accounting Team in managing vendor invoices, expense claims and other relevant accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Reconciliation against vendor’s statement of accounts (SOA)
- Verify the accuracy of data input by logistic/sales team and ensure that no missing data or attachment
- Validate expense claim to ensure compliance with the T&E policy
- Ensure expenses are correctly authorised, documented, reported, and reimbursed
- Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis
- Prepare AR and AP Schedules on a monthly basis
- Assist Finance Manager with month end closing process
- Conduct regular trainings on PO/Vendor workflow/ CONCUR to staffs and new joiners
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Open to fresh graduates or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Sound accounting knowledge and have an eye for details
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel skill
- Positive learning attitude and commit to meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting software/EPR systems eg. Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
