- Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create Xero quote
- Reply customer enquiries via email, calls and whatsapp.
- Make outbound calls and emails to corporate customers
- Document conversion (from PDF to Word, or other formats)
- Track sales pipeline
- SEO marketing tasks (on-the-job training provided)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder preferred, minimum O levels / N(A) level
- Experience in customer service / hospitality industry / hotel / MICE / recruitment agencies preferred, minimum 3 years' work experience in any industry
- Fresh grads can be considered
- Working hours 9.30am to 7pm or 12.30pm to 9.30pm (flexible, to be discussed)
- 100% remote work
