Job Description

Data Management (Human Resource)

We are looking for a Data Management Personnel to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.

He / She's responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.


Responsibilities:

-Enters data from paper records into database management system within specified timeframe.

-Maintain and keep track of HR data entry includes new joiner, employee status change, terminations, internal hires, reorganizations, and P-file.

-Reviews data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritizes projects in order of importance.

-Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure.

-Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports.

-Backs up important data files to secure storage system.

-Ensure data submitted for processing is in alignment with company's policies and practices prior to processing.

-Updates spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership

-Ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports.

-Maintain accurate records of computer and software systems updates, upgrades and other changes.

-To undertake any additional reasonable duties at the request of your Line Manager.
