In this role, you’ll work closely with our Country Delegates to support business analysis, market research, and performance coordination across multiple Asia-Pacific affiliates. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a multinational energy company drives growth, performance, and sustainability in a fast-changing industry.

Business Intern (Avail for 6 mths from Dec 25/ Jan 26)


What You’ll Learn

  • How to analyze the financial performance of regional affiliates.
  • The fundamentals of budgeting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • Insights into the industry, and how regulations and market trends shape the energy transition.
  • How a global energy company manages cross-country operations and collaboration with headquarters.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing budgets and monthly performance reviews for various affiliates.
  • Conduct research on energy markets and geopolitical developments in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Support analysis of affiliates’ progress on energy transition and carbon neutrality initiatives.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Support coordination of regional activities and information flow between countries and headquarters.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A current full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Geopolitics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the energy industry and global markets.
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a diverse, international environment.
