Total Health Chiropractic – Chiropractic Assistant

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Tech Chiropractic Assistant will work in our Toa Payoh clinic together with two Doctors of Chiropractic, a Lead Chiropractic Assistant and one other front desk assistant.
• The Tech Chiropractic Assistant will work alongside the Doctors of Chiropractic helping with our patient care. You will teach assist our Doctors with the clinic flow, teach our clients simple exercises, carry out first visit checks and details etc.
• Please note that this role includes evening work and a Saturday until 3pm. 5 day work week. (Tuesdays and Sundays off).

The role will include:

• Greeting our clients by name
• Ensuring that the clients know if there is a waiting time
• Finding the client record and completing any necessary details
• Inviting them for their adjustment when it is their turn
• Recording any necessary details
• Being ready to ‘take’ the client from the chiropractor when the adjustment is finished
• Ensuring everyone is complying with safe distancing measures and sanitizing all areas.
• Teaching our clients simple stretching exercises

Assisting with the new clients by:

• Helping with their health history form
• Taking digital posture analysis
• Taking weight distribution test
• Recording necessary information
• Introducing them to the Doctor when ready
• Working as a team player, ready to help whenever necessary
• Assisting front desk when necessary.
• Congratulating our clients on ‘looking good’ or ‘moving well’. You remind our clients to watch their posture and develop good habits etc.
