We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who will be working closely with the strategy team and our Corporate communication person to help with the sustainability report designing, newsletter designing, corporate PowerPoint designing and magazine design. To be successful in this role, you will need to have good graphic design and PowerPoint skills, and understanding of UI/UX. You will need to have a can-do and willing to learn spirit, and a passionate heart for design.
This position reports to the PR & Corporate Communication Manager. Our corporate communications team is looking to expand the capabilities of its team. You will need to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of TOP’s businesses and translate this understanding into creative and engaging visuals to communicate TOP’s story to internal and external audiences.
Trainee to be involved in:
- Working closely with corporate communications team to translate goals and ideas into design concepts for annual reports, in-house magazines, presentation decks and any communications materials
- Assisting in corporate magazine or newsletter’s content creation, design, and printing arrangement
- Creating short videos as part of content creation
- Supporting in the development and execution of communications strategies
Competencies:
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing visuals, infographics and layouts for communications materials
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Video creation and editing skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Good eye for visual composition
Qualifications:
Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent
