Job Description

Onboarding

  • Plan and execute new hires’ entire onboarding process, from offer to hire
  • Ensure all necessary documents (eg: reference check) and requirements (eg: Work pass) are completed
  • Liaise and communicate with business operations to ensure the smooth onboarding process of new hires
  • Safeguard and warrants that all employment terms are in compliance with the latest Employment Act requirements
  • Prepare and execute the signing of LOA for new hires
  • Input new employee data in the HRIS
  • Create login details in the HRIS and Welcome login to new hires
  • Administer Welcome gift and Welcome announcements

 MOM related Matters

  • Oversee MOM work pass related matters
  • Ensure all work passes are timely issued and renewed
  • Attend to queries from business operations and provide recommendations in accordance to Employment Act

Off-Boarding Process

  • Manage the full offboarding process to ensure a smooth exit for resignees
  • Liaise with manager on staff exit formalities (leave balance, last day, handover, etc)
  • Prepare all necessary documentation to facilitate the offboarding process
  • Remove resignees from relevant corporate accounts, applications and systems
  • Update offboarding tracker
  • Inform relevant departments on network deactivation and email routing

HR System and Employee Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee information on HRIS
  • Coordinate and maintain P-files for employees as required
  • Prepare HR related letters eg: allowances, certification of employment, change of salary, transfer, confirmation, promotion, etc
