Job Description
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Drafting of notices and correspondences
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation, identify discrepancies and liaise with consultants and clients for clarifications
- Call for quotations and quote comparisons
- Payment/Progress claims, variation orders, budget and cost control and settlement of final account
- Willing to travel to site to meet with consultants and clients
- Other assigned related ad-hoc duties
Students who have studied Quantity Surveyor are welcomed.
