Programme Scope :
The student will assist in the software development of a live production product.
For students interested in the mobile development, he or she will be using the latest of technologies for iOS and Android development, like Swift and Material Design.
For students interested in Web and API development, they will be exposed to technologies like AngularJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, ASP.NET Core, Azure, SASS, etc.
The student may also be exposed and learn how to harness cloud computing to ease and realize business requirements more effectively. The student will have a deeper understanding of the agile software development cycle from Requirements gathering, Ideation, Estimation, Test-Driven Development, Software Versioning, Continuous-Deployment and Quality Testing.
Prerequsites :
If the student is capable, he or she will be challenged to help develop a particular module, integrating with the current system which along the way, will learn best coding practices and also leveraging good software design patterns to help write quality codes.
