Your role will be to assist corporate clients with their Accounting and Compliance needs.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts
• Produce timely and accurate work for manager’s review and to meet client deadlines
• Produce full set of accounts including monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, quarterly GST submission, year-end adjustments for SME Clients
• Prepare yearly financial statements for clients
• Ensure client compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including annual return filing and corporate tax deadlines
• Assist with corporate secretarial matters

• Assist to prepare corporate documents including Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions and other corporate actions
• Assist in making statutory filings
• Technology saavy – comfortable with adopting digital practices and new digital solutions
• Be part of a fast-growing professional services company in the early days

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA Equivalent
• Required skills: Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, Xero
• Excellent communicator, team player
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Problem solving attitude
• Adaptable towards a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working in a team in a flat, open hierarchy within a startup-like environment
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
