TIG – TIG Global Ambassador Manager

As a TIG Ambassador Manager for our China Workshops, you will be a key driver in promoting our specialized internship workshops designed to equip students with global career opportunities in China’s dynamic job market. Your role involves raising awareness, engaging with students and partners, and driving sign-ups through strategic outreach and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of TIG in promoting China Workshops, targeting students, educational institutions, and relevant communities.

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase workshop visibility and participation.

• Engage with student groups, career offices, and education partners to present workshop benefits and answer queries.

• Use social media and digital channels to amplify workshop promotion and build enthusiasm.

• Gather feedback from participants and report insights to TIG’s program development team.

• Represent TIG at virtual and in-person events related to career development and international internships.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for career development, education, and youth empowerment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Experience in event promotion, community outreach, or ambassador programs is a plus.

• Familiarity with China’s education or internship market is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
