Roles & Responsibilities
- Leverage data and insights to develop marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, revenue, and customer loyalty across a multi-brand virtual restaurant portfolio.
- Drive marketing KPIs via Delivery Platform Ads, Facebook Ads, SEM and Email Campaigns and ensure that ROI is maximized.
- Optimisation of delivery platforms including promotion mechanism, menu sorting and pricing
- Develop and maintain reporting on marketing ROI and KPI metrics.
- Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries and feedbacks
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- A flair for words and good oral communication skills with a keen eye for details
- Self-directed, incredibly well-organized individual with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels (Google ads, Facebook/ Instagram, Google Analytics, Programmatic, etc.)
- Experience with data analytics e.g., Google and Facebook analytics, data studio, able to do end to end funnel analysis and come up with optimising actions.
