Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform Human Resource Functions & Duties and general admin roles
• Review and implement C&B policy
• Process Payroll matters
• Manage and answer queries on wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
• Generate payroll reports for accounting
• Manage company attendance system
• Prepare HR related Letters and documents
• Maintain & update employees’ personal and employment records
• Handle Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
• Handle recruitment and selection of new job positions
• Handle training requests and update training records
• Manage company insurance renewal and claim
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR or relevant studies
• Minimum 1 year of Singapore working experience in a generalist role
• Well verse with Local Employment Act and practices
• Able to fit into a SME working environment
• Bilingual in English & Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking staff and applicants as well)
• Preferable with experience handling blue-collar workers
• Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Good in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good teamwork and positive work attitude and take initiative in problem-solving
