Job Overview
As an Operations Specialist (Intern), you will be handed responsibilities involving the daily operational demands of Thryft which includes: orders fulfilment, courier management, and processing of incoming books. The Operations Specialist may also need to supervise and assist workers with disabilities from SG Enable.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Finding and packing of books
- Scheduling shipment of orders and pick-ups
- Processing of in-flow of books
- Assist in book sale events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months commitment
- Commit 22 hours per week (part-time), full-time role is available as well
- Finds operations work fulfilling and challenging
- Keen interest to innovate work processes
