Thrive Assembly Pte. Ltd. is the parent company for a group of companies:

• Thrive.Asia - Market entry and brand support for F&B related companies (www.thrive.asia)
• Dyspatchr - Market incubation / boutique distribution company for new-to-Singapore brands (www.dyspatchr.com)
• Academy of Drinks: Educational and entertaining experiences that involve alcohol (our first experience is www.ginjourney.com)
• OrderEZ - Ordering platform for the food and beverage industry designed to save time on ordering and deliver better insight for management (www.orderez.co)

As an Operations Executive at Thrive Assembly, you will be reporting directly to one of the founders and working across all four business units. 

Successful candidates must have:

• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
• Interest in food and drink
• Curiosity
• Work ethic

Regular tasks may include:

• OrderEZ
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Generating interesting and useful content for clients
  • Preparing reports
• Dyspatchr
  • Organizing and managing the calendar of market visits for the business development team
  • Assisting with preparing documentation and planning deliveries
• Academy of Drinks
  • Scheduling and coordinating events, partners, and guests
  • Generating interesting content for our social media campaigns, email marketing, and blog posts
  • Working with our social media partner to track the performance of paid advertisements, posts, etc.
• Thrive.Asia
  • Market research
  • Sales support and meeting scheduling
  • Business development research
