Thrive Assembly Pte. Ltd. – Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at Thrive Assembly, you will be reporting directly to one of the founders and working across all four business units. 

Successful candidates must have:

Regular tasks may include:

• OrderEZ
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Generating interesting and useful content for clients
  • Preparing reports
• Dyspatchr
  • Organizing and managing the calendar of market visits for the business development team
  • Assisting with preparing documentation and planning deliveries
• Academy of Drinks
  • Scheduling and coordinating events, partners, and guests
  • Generating interesting content for our social media campaigns, email marketing, and blog posts
  • Working with our social media partner to track the performance of paid advertisements, posts, etc.

  • Sales support and meeting scheduling
  • Business development research
