Job Requirements:

  • You are a final year student or masters student in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superb communication, storytelling, and influencing skills to work with different levels of stakeholders and users in English and Local Language (written and verbal)

Job Description

About The Role

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as a Brand Partnership Intern for our app team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial relationships with organizations per the company's overarching objective, goals, and strategies. 

This role will report to our Regional App Growth Manager. 

Job Scopes:

  • Drive the organic growth of our app across the market
  • Develop in-kind partnerships with brands & merchants to improve app user awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Work in partnership with Revenue Team to get access & reach out to non-revenue brands for Giveaways, discounts, and value vouchers 
  • Take full ownership of Reward & Giveaway contests KPIs including onboarding brands and executing contests
  • Collaborate with VIP Team (TAP Influencer Platform) to reach out to Experts (Webinars, Seminars), Bloggers (Third Party Traffic) & enhance campaign reach
  • Negotiate attractive partnership deals with Experts, Influencers and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with App Growth
  • Work closely with the App content & App community team to get their requirements for the external partnership for experts etc.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Forecast, measure and report the results of various projects with partners and stakeholders
  • Set and pursue marketing KPIs toward product and company objectives
