HIRING ADMIN ASSISTANT / PA
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, emails and routine letter
- Manage schedules and calendars, arrange, coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting documents
- Maintain proper filing system
- Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence of your direct Manager
- Secures information by completing database backups
- Handling Manager’s expense claims
- Handling some insurance details for your direct Manager
- Perform other ad-hoc as assigned by Manager / Management
Requirement:
- Good working attitude, willing to learn
- Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and good time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Singaporeans only
- No work experience required. Training will be provided.
