Role summary
This is an execution-focused internship where you help our founder grow The Woof Agency’s social presence and support selected client work by producing strong, consistent creative outputs. You will be comfortable on camera, able to film UGC style raw footage, and able to translate direction into clear briefs for our designer and video editor.
You will not own the whole content strategy. You will support it by generating ideas, drafting, filming, and coordinating.
Responsibilities
1. Content execution for The Woof Agency social media.
Create weekly idea banks based on the founder's direction
Draft short form scripts and shot lists for Reels and TikTok.
Film 2-3 UGC-style raw videos weekly for agency content.
Package deliverables neatly for the editor with notes and timestamps.
2. Support selected client work
Assist with content ideas and drafts aligned to client goals.
Join shoots when scheduled and help keep filming efficient.
Capture clean raw footage and deliver it in the required structure.
3. Creative coordination
Request assets, track status, and follow up to keep work moving
Maintain an organized folder system and content log
4. Trend scanning and learning loop
- Track trends and propose brand-safe adaptations weekly
- Document what was performed and what was not, then suggest the following tests.
Working arrangement
- Singapore-based, 100% remote (WFH)
- Occasional coworking meetups for check ins
- Occasional on-site shoots with clients in Singapore
- Reports directly to the founder
- Supported by designers and a video editor
- No video editing or Canva design required
