Job Description
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts
- Support legal research on Singapore laws and regulations related to F&B, alcohol licensing, and employment
- Ensure company compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Help maintain and organise legal documents and contract databases
- Liaise with internal departments on basic legal and compliance matters
- Provide administrative support to the legal and management team
