The Vocal Studio is looking for an entry-level intern/hire to do customer service and digital marketing. We are a small vocal school that specialises in diversity and has vocal professionals and coaches from all over the world. Our genres include Jazz, Latin, Pop, Chinese, Bollywood and Musical Theatre as some of the examples.
We have been around since 2011, conveniently just off Orchard Road. Our teachers are active performers of the local & international music scene. We are constantly evolving our curriculum with the latest knowledge.
Currently, we are looking for someone to support managing of the students and clients, digital marketing and social media management, as well as some administrative duties. We have systems in place and will train you on the job. The role can expand and grow depending on the performance of the individual.
The primary responsibilities are:
- Management of enquiries and schedule for trial lessons
- Liaising with students and coaches for rescheduling and invoicing
- Creation of collaterals and content for newsletters, social media posts and digital marketing materials (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
- Support the management of quarterly recitals regarding logistics, planning and media resources

- Development and education of the vocal coaching curriculum
- Management of the music materials and creation of the minus one tracks
- Developing video and recording capabilities of the school
