We are currently seeking a Private Equity Analyst, who is primarily responsible for supporting the due diligence review process for the company and our clients. We would like the incoming intern to start as soon as possible.
If successful, the internship role provides a full time conversion opportunity.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the overall research and due diligence process
• Analyze data, research, and organize findings into meaningful information
• Review documents and information contained in company data rooms
• Provide periodic updates to team on assigned projects
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience required
• Strong Business Acumen, contrarian thinker with an entrepreneurial mind
• Understanding of Basic Valuation Theory
• Preferably done prior DD work before in Big 4 or other corporate finance roles
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft product suite
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to convey a professional and positive attitude, while fostering a team-based environment
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines required
• Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information
