• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, such as handling new hires onboarding and cooordinating exit formalities

• Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Manage and coordinate a reliable pool of casuals and part-time staff in alignment with operational demands and business needs

• Support the preparation and coordination of ER initiatives and events

• Any other duties as assigned.
