Job Description
Job Scope:
- Leading tour groups for their trips whenever necessary
- Liaising with NSAs, Professional/Social teams and Schools in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their sports travel requirements
- Assist travel executive in designing, planning and customising itineraries to suit to the clients’ sporting objectives
- Attend meetings with travel executive to advise clients on suitable destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares based on their travel needs
- Handling relevant administration
Requirement:
- Have a good command of spoken and written English & be IT savvy
- Be resourceful, able to think on your feet and effective in problem-solving
- Have decent travel experience in planning holidays for yourself and others will be an added advantage
- Have a keen interest in sports and preferably still play actively
- Have the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks
- Have good telephone and email etiquette
- Paper qualifications are secondary as long as you display a willingness to learn and are enthusiastic about the job
