The Sophia Label – Operations Assistant (Part Time / Intern)

The Sophia Label (TSL) is a Singapore-based lifestyle brand dedicated to providing vegan and cruelty-free products.

We design our pieces with practicality and minimalism in mind, ensuring every product is functional, classic and timeless. 

Job Scope

• Reply to emails from customers or other business inquiries promptly.
• Assist in resolving customer queries
• Pick and pack orders from stock accurately and efficiently
• Ensure timely processing and shipment of orders
• Receive and process incoming stocks
• Assist in the counting and tracking of inventory
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document organization
• Participate in special projects or initiatives
• To assist the company in all other areas if needed

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Able to assist in other areas if required
• Ability to lift cartons/boxes and stand for extended period of time
• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Available to work 2-3 weekdays per week
