Operations & Admin Executive (Full Time)

Job Scope

• Reply to queries from customers or other business inquiries promptly.
• Ensure timely processing and shipment of orders
• Liasing with our warehouse and retail stores
• Assist in the counting and tracking of inventory
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
• Participate in special projects or initiatives
• To assist the company in all other areas if needed

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Able to assist in other areas if required
• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (eg: Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Sheet etc)
• It will be a bonus if you are familiar with fashion trends and scenes and know abit of Tiktok live selling
